Quantum model
LNF-LNC23_42WB is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation. The LNA is packaged in a waveguide module with industry-standard WR28 connectors for RF ports and a Nano-D connector for DC input. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 22.70×29.91×19.20 mm (excluding connectors). Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and come with a test report.
