Quantum model
LNF-LNC6_9A is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation. Packaged in a coaxial module with industry-standard SMA connectors for RF ports and Nano-D for DC input. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 17.00×14.30×7.80 mm (excluding connectors). Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and come with a test report.
