Quantum model
LNF-LNC6_20SC is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. The LNA is packaged in a module with Corning Gilbert G3PO coaxial connectors and a 5-pin strip DC connector. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 19.28×20.80×3.556 mm and is stackable with a 140 mil pitch, compatible with Corning Gilbert G3PO multiposition blocks. Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and come with a test report.
